Managing Director

Jez was the Chief Executive of Family Lives from 2009 until 2026. He is now the Managing Director of Coram Family Lives. He has a professional background in counselling, executive coaching, health services, and the criminal justice system.

Throughout his career, Jez has worked in various NHS Trusts, including the Royal London Hospital, and has also worked in Holloway Prison. He has also led organisations in community development and children’s palliative care, serving as the Chief Executive of a children’s hospice.

He is a qualified BACP-registered therapist (30 years), Qualified Supervisor (University Canterbury and Kent) and an ICF-registered Executive Coach.

Jeremy is a seasoned broadcast interviewee and regularly appears on radio and television as a family and parenting commentator. He is a keynote speaker on parenting and family support topics ranging from family engagement in education to family health and wellbeing.
