- Setting routines and boundaries
- Understanding children’s behaviour and setting limits
- Improving children’s wellbeing and confidence
- Co-parenting tips and support
- Hassle free shopping
- Developing good bedtime routines

Individual Support: A family support worker provides confidential, tailored 1:1 support for families facing complex challenges. Using Coram Family Lives models, we deliver 6-8 structured sessions, online, at home, or in the community, focused on building parenting skills and strategies. We accept referrals involving mild to moderate mental health concerns, such as anxiety, stress, or depression affecting daily life.
Group Support: Group courses and seminars are offered each academic term throughout the borough to support those parents whose children are exhibiting mild to moderate behavioural and emotional challenges, including:
- Managing challenging or disruptive behaviour
- Emerging additional needs
- Parental conflict
- Managing screentime
- Safeguarding issues
