Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at parents and carers of 11-18-year-olds. It is also suitable if your child is approaching the teen years and you want to be prepared for this stage of parenting.
What does the course cover?
This course was previously called Coping with Teens.

- Communicating with your teen

How does the course work?
All of our sessions are filled with helpful techniques and ideas to help you become a more confident and happier parent and improve your relationship with your teen.
This is a self-guided parenting course, which you can do whenever and wherever suits you and work through it at our own pace.
The course is a mixture of text, images, interactive elements, videos and quizzes. You can do it on a mobile, tablet or computer. You’ll get a downloadable certificate when you complete the course.
The course takes approximately 1-1.5 hours in total. You have 30 days from registration to complete the course.
